To source money making ideas that work isn’t such an easy task as many people are in need of a second income; in this day and age one might just not be enough. However, there are jobs out there that are legit; you just have to know which of them you can trust and which you should stay away from. To make cash you have to know how to look for the correct things online, like typing work, article writing, writing blogs and getting associated with affiliate systems. Such work can be found online, but remember that there are also many scams out there that you have to be aware of.

In order for you to find the legit ones and source money making ideas that work, look for company details on the advertisement and feel free to give them a call if you want to make extra sure that they aren’t taking you for a ride. Writing blogs, articles and other typing jobs are easy; once you get into it you will wonder why you never tried it before. This is a field where you can really make cash as the amount of work you do is generally up to you, and it is perfect because you get to work online and don’t have to go into an office everyday.

There are also affiliate systems that you could get into if you are interested in something like that, but this might be a little more difficult to find. It isn’t always easy for you to find the exact work you are looking for these days, even if you have the necessary qualifications, so sometimes you just have to take whatever you can get. Use the Internet to source ideas that work for making money, but don’t expect something major to happen right away.

To some people, earning extra income is vital in order for them to survive. It might not apply to all people, but those who need to generate more money should know that there is a perfect opportunity out there for you; you just have to grasp it. There are many jobs you can do to make money in your spare time, but where can one start? There are plenty of legitimate ways to earn extra cash, but there also plenty of scams out there.

As prices skyrocket and nothing seems to come down in price, it is up to you to make that extra income to ensure that you and your family have their heads above water. To generate more of an income, you could even take on a second part time job and then hopefully that way you will make money like you need to.

Do you plan to get out of debt today? Do you keep saying that but don’t ever find yourself actually doing it? That is the problem these days, many people find it difficult to deal with their money problems and getting help with finances is difficult because they are unable to meet the needs of their repayments on time. Some will just tell you to consolidate your debt, but that isn’t always the strongest and wisest advice there is out there. All those in debt would love to reach a settlement one day, and not have to worry about money problems anymore, but it takes time to get to that point.

There are quite a few very important facts that you have to take into consideration when you plan to get out of debt today, but there are ideas to help you get through it, easily. If you choose to consolidate, you will pay off all your debt in one go, which will definitely help with finances, but then you have to make sure you will be able to afford the repayments that need to be made on that consolidation loan, otherwise you will be getting yourself into debt all over again, which is never good. Coming to a settlement agreement is good, but once you do that you have to come through with your plan; take all the advice you can get and once you have sorted out your debt, do whatever you can to make sure you are never in that situation ever again.

Some ideas include never buying on HP, but rather save up and buy the item cash, never lend money from those who will charge you interest and make it difficult to pay back, and lastly, remember that when you plan to get out of debt today, you have to be serious about it and really want to do it.

Public debt management companies are there for you to make use of when you need help with money issues. You might be contemplating consolidation, but before you make any hasty decisions, you should seek financial advice and even go and speak to one of the available counselors and let them help you and teach you how to deal with the stress that accompanies money matters. Whether you might have no money because you are in deep debt or you have just blown all your family’s savings, there are people out there that will help you; you just have to be willing to be helped.

They are always there to help, and this is what makes public debt management companies so useful. Not only do they offer you the financial advice that you might so desperately need, but they also offer you the help with money handling and budgeting that you need even more. Consolidation might or might not be a good idea, but together, you and the counselors or consultants can determine what will be best for your situation. There is a huge amount of stress involved in financial matters, and this is why you have to seek help otherwise the stress may consume you, which it has done to millions in the past, and continues to do to millions today.

If you have put away savings for a specific reason, let’s say you’ve opened an account for your child/children for college one day, no matter how bad the situation, you will always regret using that money for reasons other than what it was originally intended for. Debt is the source of many problems; from stress and depression to substance abuse and even suicide; don’t become a victim, rather get ahead of your problems. This is the reason why there are places like public debt management companies available, so you should make use of them before the situation becomes even more out of control.

Companies assisting in debt management are cropping up everywhere since the economic recession in 2008. It is clear that many people simply could not cope with their repayments on many of their items such as their cars and houses. In addition many more people had to accept a salary reduction because their businesses simply could not afford to pay them. The result was an increase in bank repossessions, and a large number of people who needed help with finances and advice on their spending. One of the most common ideas was for people to consolidate their debt in order to ensure settlement of some of their debt.

The advice that many companies assisting in debt management provided was to seek debt consolidation loans. These loans allowed you to consolidate, or group together, all of your outstanding payments and accounts and then paid them off in one go. Each person was then left with a single loan amount to pay off each month, rather than several. This amount would then be paid back monthly to the bank at a better and more stable interest rate. It improved a person’s credit record, and allowed them to get out of the debt trap. A salary reduction no longer had to mean the end of the world, because a settlement of debt could be in sight.

Another suggestion for people looking for help with finances and monthly repayments was to go for debt counselling. This process allowed a person to work through their ideas about their finances with a qualified financial adviser so that they could get the advice that they needed. Although your debt doesn’t go away, it becomes easier to manage. It will help you to reorganise your spending. So if you need help with your money, speak to companies assisting in debt management.

Tips for good debt management are not easy to come by, but are being sought after more frequently as the financial recession takes hold. Financial advice is something that every person can do with in these trying times – everybody needs a little help with money. If you feel like your finances are causing you stress and your savings are slowly dwindling away before your eyes, perhaps it is time to approach your bank and ask to speak to one of their financial counsellors to see what you can do to avoid going into further debt, or to avoid going into debt at all.

If you approach your bank for tips for good debt management there are certain questions that you must ask. The first is about consolidation. You may not know it, but there is a way to pay off all your credit card or account debt in one go, and then be left with only a single loan amount to pay off. How? You simply speak to your bank about a debt consolidation loan. This allows you to make only one monthly payment at a low interest rate, and ensures that the stress of worrying about hundreds of bills is simply erased. It basically means you can take a deep breath and release a huge sigh of relief.

If you are not in debt now, but are worried that without financial advice you could enter into debt then it is also useful to seek advice from the counsellors they have on hand. Thus, the second question you should ask is how to make do with the savings that you have, without needing to ask your bank, friends or family for help with money. Your advisor may suggest particular investments, or provide you with some useful financial tips that could help you to stay afloat during the tough times. After all, they are there to help you with tips for good debt management.

Debt management tips will not immediately relieve you of your financial crisis, but will allow you to cope a lot easier with future money handling’s and help with finances. The most important piece of advice there is, is to pay as much as you can on your debt when you have the extra cash. The repayments on whatever it is that you bought have to be paid on time every month if you wish to avoid trouble, but reduction on these accounts is the best thing you can do. You could also consolidate your debt by taking out a consolidation loan as then you will be able to make a settlement on all of your debt.

You have many ideas and options to choose from when you are looking for debt management tips; you just have to use what is best for you. If you choose to consolidate your debt with a consolidation loan, this means that you will take out a loan to pay off all of your debt, then you will only have to pay back the consolidation loan. Reduction is always important and one piece of advice is that you do not want to make any other debt when you are already suffering. Many people feel the need to open more accounts and buy on credit when they are already struggling to pay off what they have.

If you need help with finances, don’t be afraid to seek it. If it is the settlement of your debt that you are after, then that is what you should do. Your repayments are vital; never let them be late but if there is nothing you can do to stop it from being late, at least notify the store/company/lender in writing. There are many ideas for you to use when you are interested in debt management tips.

In recent times the global economic climate has changed drastically and for many people in South Africa this means that financial circumstances have taken a turn for the worst and they are now up to their necks in debt. Numerous credit card bills, house payments, car payments, clothing accounts, furniture accounts, you name it and these days you can get it on credit and put yourself in an extremely damaging situation. Debt consolidation loans are designed to help people consolidate all monthly bills into one easy to manage monthly repayment, knock Rands off your interest rate payments and help you get out of financial difficulty and back on the road to freedom.

Now although difficult, it is possible to get a debt consolidation loan approved even if you find yourself with a bad credit record or have been blacklisted by certain companies. The catch is, it has to come in the form of a secured loan which means that you need to sign something of significant value against the money you wish to borrow, such as your house! Which means, if you are a home owner and wish to apply for finance, the chances are good that you will be approved but it comes at a great risk to you. Should you fall into more difficulty and default on the repayments of any borrowed finance then the financial creditor that lent you the cash has every right by law to take ownership of your house.

So you need to be very cautious and only make the decision of taking this option if you are absolutely certain that you can pay back the borrowed money on time as agreed. It is highly unlikely that ABSA, Standard Bank, FNB and Nedbank will be prepared to help you with finance if you are blacklisted or have a poor credit history so I wouldn’t even bother wasting time applying at the major banks in SA. There are many other registered financial credit providers with less strict rules and regulations that can offer loan solutions for people who are blacklisted.

If you are struggling to find a credit provider to help you, you can apply for finance online here

This application form is very handy for those who find themselves struggling financially and maybe listed as a slow payer or have a poor history. You fill in and submit your details and the administrators assess your record before sending your application to a financial provider they feel will be in the strongest position to help your individual needs. Even if your credit record is so bad that no creditor would ever consider lending you money, your application will be forwarded to debt counselors that can potentially help you with your struggle.

Help with debt for people in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth and in fact just about any corner of South Africa is available through counseling. Many people are trying to fight their financial problems by getting loans from creditors such as loan sharks and micro lenders which is a risk as some of these types of creditors are a little dodgy. Borrowing money from some of the less trustworthy loan sharks and micro lenders could see you ending up with aggressive looking debt collectors at the door demanding to repossess your car or property.

Those with money problems need help with debt as soon as possible to prevent getting deeper into financial trouble and risk losing everything. This kind of trouble puts a massive amount of strain on relationships and marriages with South African couples often getting divorced due to their money stress. You need to take action and see a counselor who can help you with an action plan to get out of financial trouble before you get in way over your head.

For those people who may feel they are already in way over their heads the key is to not lose hope and make sure you are doing something to get yourself back in the financial seat even if it is taking the first step to speak to a counselor. If you have debt collectors threatening you with legal action then seek legal action yourself. You have a surprising amount of protection against debt collectors and the law is on your side if you feel threatened or harassed by them. No matter how big your problems are, you need to take action and not ignore the issues, the sooner you seek help with debt from others, the sooner your life will start getting back to some kind of normality.

Despite my appeal for everyone to come together and request Google introduce EFT payments to South Africa as part of their AdSense program early, it seems as though it may still be a while before that materialises. So for now those of us who receive monthly payment checks from AdSense have to deposit them in one of our trusty old SA bank accounts.

I’ve recently had a bad experience with First National Bank that has put me off banking there ever again which is sad because when I first joined them I thought their service was great.

Here’s what happened - I was depositing my monthly Google cheques into my FNB account but had this whole process to go through every time where I had to fill out a forex form, then que to see the consultant before being sent to the tellers where I had to que again before handing the cheque over with the form to be deposited. Some months I was in that bank for well over an hour even after filling in the form at home.

On top of all that I had to wait another 8-10 days for the money to be cleared and the funds to be available, not easy for me as I rely on these earnings as part of my monthly salary.

All this was highly frustrating and time wasting and then one month came the cherry on the top. First National Bank lost one of my google cheques..! I only found out 10 days after I had deposited the cheque when the un-cleared amount disappeared from my balance. Upon contacting them there was no apology just a “yeh, this happens sometimes” type of attitude which really upset me further. I was in and out of that bank over the next few days and getting nowhere despite raising my voice the one day to the manager and everybody stopping and staring..!

Eventually I sent the AdSense team at Google an e-mail explaining the situation and requesting a re-issue (which by the way involves an extra fee). Sure enough a few days later I received a phone call from FNB informing me that they had found the cheque…. Aaaaaarrrggghhhh..!! Anyway, long story short, after a little more voice raising and persuasion they cleared the funds in a hurry.

There are times, by the way, that it can be in your favour when companies as big as Google don’t respond to your e-mail for a while, for me this was one of them.

After my experience with FNB I decided I cannot risk another episode like this and made an appointment to speak with a Nedbank consultant here at my local branch. Oh.. My.. Word…!! What an absolute pleasure, they did not keep me waiting more than 2 minutes, I explained the whole Google AdSense cheque thing and showed them a few examples of what type of cheque it is so that they could recommend a solution for me.

They quickly informed me that their “Everyday” current account would suit me for depositing these types of cheques so I applied for one. Everything went through quickly and efficiently and soon after that the real test came as I popped in to deposit my first cheque in my new Nedbank account. Absolutely no worries at all, no more than 5 minutes. Went in, filled out a normal deposit slip, stood a minute at the tellers and cheque was deposited. On top of that they even allow a ‘special clearance’ on the funds which means the money is available within five days… Bonus!

I could not be happier with the way Nedbank has given me such professional service and efficiently put through my funds without any incident since then and up until now. I really hope this lasts until they introduce EFT payments here and at the moment I am feeling that Nedbank is the best bank in South Africa to deposit a Google cheque… Any thoughts?
