The Motor Finance Corporation is threatening and telling me that they will repossess my car by end of business tomorrow if I dont cough up R6000. How in the world can I raise such a big amount in such a short space of time? This is arrears of just 2 months but already there are threats! I am so angry at the Manager I spoke to for being so rude to me even after I had explained the financial glitch that I’m currently facing. They don’t even have a court order, how can they just think they can take my car without my permission because the law says “They have to have a court order to b able to take your car no matter how far behind you are with payments”

EFT would be great. Yet each time the Adsense division includes more countries for Western Union/EFT, South Africa is never on. The strange part is that the Western Union option is available for other African countries and some developing nations that in terms of infrastructure. Anyway, if I consider having to deal with ABSA in order to get a Western Union payment, I would rather pay the R190 and wait for a cheque payment.

My car has been repossessed today 23 June 2011. The document that I signed were with the letter head from ABSA bank. My arrears are 15 000.

It’s not that bad though. I simply use the envelope deposit at the ATM. The clearing is the problem and the dirty looks from bank teller. Thankful for ATM deposits. EFT would be great as my international clients can do it, why can’t Google?

Please can anybody help me. Am a struggling father of 2 and are looking for work to do on the net. i have tryed in 2007 when my marrage fall apart but with no success. My devorce when through in 2010 and now in 2011 becos of my devorce stories i lost my vehicle and are now going to loose my job 2 due to my vehicle being my source of income. Please am begging anyone to please respond and help me.
