I’m definitely in. Do the bank charges fluctuate among different S.A. banks? As it is we are getting hit with a R190 courier fee from Google.

Yes, I’m in – Life would be much easier! – Today I started to investigate the possibility of opening an offshore account with lloyds tsb to enable eft – but not sure of the outcome yet – it seems that such a transaction would set you back around R300 per deposit. Lloyds tsb charges R105 per deposit over $100, then another R100 to transfer to local bank account and another R100 fee when received from foreign account to local.

I am about to setup my adsense account, already got my info. I would LOVE for that option to happen, so taht SA can FINALLY get to where the rest of the world is! The cheque thing really sounds inconvenient, and being a starter, I probably won’t have much left after all the fees, etc.

Well, I’m closing this, fair amount of traffic but not enough feedback by far. Think I’d just make a fool of myself approaching google with such few comments

Makes me think that there may not be too many of us earning regular cheques from the adsense program which I find surprising considering the gaps and opportunities available here in SA.
